What you will do

01Lead feature development from design to deployment
02Make architectural decisions for frontend applications
03Optimize Core Web Vitals and frontend performance at scale
04Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
05Drive adoption of best practices across the frontend codebase

What we're looking for

012–6 years of production experience with React and TypeScript
02Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and state management
03Experience with performance optimization and build tooling
04Proven ability to lead features and collaborate cross-functionally

Bonus Points

01Experience with Next.js App Router and server components
02Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
03Track record of mentoring or leading small teams
