Specialized Investment Funds (SIF)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Regulatory Status: The Distributor is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and is authorised to distribute Specialized Investment Funds (SIFs) in accordance with SEBI regulations.
Nature of Product: SIFs are high-risk, strategy-oriented investment products and may involve derivatives, leverage, and concentrated positions.
Minimum Investment: As per SEBI regulations, investors must maintain a minimum aggregate investment of INR 10,00,000 across all SIF strategies at PAN level, unless classified as an Accredited Investor.
Investor Responsibility: The investor confirms having read and understood the SID, ISID, KIM, and all risk disclosures before investing.
No Advisory: The Distributor does not provide investment advisory services unless separately registered as a SEBI Investment Adviser.
Commissions: The Distributor may receive commissions from AMCs as permitted by SEBI/AMFI.
Risks: Market risks, liquidity risks, and capital loss risks apply. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Limitation of Liability: The Distributor shall not be liable for market-driven losses or AMC fund management decisions.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
