What you will do

01Lead mobile feature development from design through release
02Architect complex Flutter solutions with clean separation of concerns
03Implement custom animations, transitions, and native platform integrations
04Own app performance, crash rates, and release quality
05Mentor junior mobile engineers and drive code quality

What we're looking for

012–6 years of Flutter/mobile development experience
02Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns
03Experience with advanced state management (BLoC, Riverpod)
04Track record of shipping high-quality mobile features

Bonus Points

01Experience with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Codemagic)
02Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
03Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, Firebase)
