What you will do

03Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
04Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
05Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality standards

What we're looking for

012–6 years of production backend engineering experience
02Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
03Experience with distributed systems, caching, and database optimization
04Proven ownership of features from design to deployment

Bonus Points

01Experience with event-driven architectures
02Knowledge of financial systems, payments, or trading platforms
03Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK)
