We wish to inform you that as per the notice issued by PGIM India Mutual Fund dated 10 December 2025, subscriptions to the following schemes have been temporarily restricted to avoid breaching SEBI’s overseas investment limits:
- PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund
- PGIM India Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund
- PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund
Effective after cut-off on December 10, 2025:
- Lumpsum purchases, switch-ins, and fresh SIP/STP registrations into these schemes will not be accepted.
- Existing SIP/STP/IDCW installments will continue.
- Redemptions, switch-outs and SWP registrations remain unaffected.
