Merger of Sundaram Short Term Credit Risk Fund with Sundaram Short Term Debt Fund

Sundaram AMC has decided to merge Sundaram Short Term Credit Risk Fund with Sundaram Short Term Debt Fund. Merger shall be effective after the close of business hours on December 29, 2020.

NOTICE is hereby given to all the unitholders of Sundaram Short Term Credit Risk Fund and Sundaram Short Term Debt Fund that the Trustees of Sundaram Mutual Fund and the Board of Directors of Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited have, in terms of the enabling provisions of SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996 and circulars issued by SEBI thereunder, approved the merger of Sundaram Short Term Credit Risk Fund (“Transferor Scheme”) with Sundaram Short Term Debt Fund (“Transferee Scheme”) from 29/12/2020 (“Effective Date”). SEBI vide their email dated 10th November 2020 has conveyed it’s no objection to the proposed merger.

Exit Options: The Unit holders of both Sundaram Short Term Credit Risk Fund and Sundaram Short Term Debt Fund, who are not in agreement with the proposed merger are given an option to exit i.e. redeem their units or switch to other Schemes of Sundaram Mutual Fund available for subscription without payment of exit load between 26/11/2020 and 28/12/2020.
