Dear Investors,

We wish to inform you that as per the notice issued by HDFC Mutual Fund dated 22 August 2025, certain attributes of the following Fund of Fund (FOF) schemes have been revised with effect from 30 August 2025:

HDFC Developed World Equity Passive FOF (renamed as HDFC Developed World Overseas Equity Passive FOF)
HDFC Income Plus Arbitrage Active FOF
HDFC Multi-Asset Active FOF
