- Image related issues
The image you uploaded could not be downloaded by our team, or the image uploaded was unclear.
Action: Please upload a new image of your Aadhaar card again for verification. The image you upload should have details such as your Name, Aadhaar number and address clearly legible. Please check the image once before uploading, to ensure it is not blurred or out-of-focus.
- Mismatch in details
There was a mismatch between the details of your FundsIndia account and your Aadhaar card.
Action: Please ensure your FundsIndia name, date of birth and other details are in line with those associated with your Aadhaar number, and upload the image again.
These are primarily the reasons why linking Aadhaar to your FundsIndia account failed. You would have received an email about the same, with the course of action to take.
Should Aadhaar linking have failed for any other reason, the email will have instructions on how to rectify any error that may have occurred.
