Unitholders are hereby informed that Motilal Oswal Trustee Company Limited, Trustee to Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has approved the merger of Motilal Oswal Equity Hybrid Fund (“Merging Scheme”) with Motilal Oswal Balanced Advantage Fund (“Surviving Scheme”).
The proposed merger will be effective from the close of business hours on January 19, 2024.
