Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of ITI Asset Management Limited and ITI Mutual Fund Trustee Private Limited, investment manager and Trustee to ITI Mutual Fund (Fund), respectively, have approved the proposal for merger of following schemes:
Merging scheme
ITI Conservative Hybrid Fund
(an open ended hybrid scheme investing predominantly in debt instruments)
Surviving scheme
ITI Arbitrage Fund
(an open ended scheme investing in arbitrage opportunities)
The merger will be effective from December 30, 2023 (Effective Date). Further, pursuant to merger, the Merging scheme (ITI Conservative Hybrid Fund) would cease to exist from December 30, 2023.
