Acceptance of subscription of units in Samco Active Momentum Fund

The Investors/Unitholders are requested to note that the existing provision pertaining to ‘Restrictions on subscription of units’ in Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Samco Active Momentum Fund (“the scheme”) shall stand revoked. Further, the scheme shall be available for ongoing subscription with effect from January 31, 2024 (“effective date”)
