The Investors are requested to note that Navi US Total Stock Market Fund of Fund and Navi Nasdaq 100 Fund of Fund, pursuant to AMFI communication vide letter no 35P/MEM-COR/126 dated March 20, 2024, mutual funds have been directed to temporarily suspend inflows and subscriptions in schemes intending to invest in overseas ETFs to avoid exhaustion of industry-wide limits for overseas investments.
Accordingly, until further notice, subscriptions (including by way of lump sum, switch-ins, new/existing registrations of Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) and Systematic Transfer Plan (STP)) shall not be accepted in Navi US Total Stock Market Fund of Fund and Navi Nasdaq 100 Fund of Fund with effect from March 28, 2024.
