Temporary Suspension of subscription to units in Kotak Silver ETF Fund of Fund (the Scheme)

Dear Investors,

We wish to inform you that, as per the notice issued by Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund dated October 9, 2025, subscription in Kotak Silver ETF Fund of Fund through lump sum purchases, switch-ins, and fresh registration for SIP / STP transactions has been temporarily suspended with effect from October 9, 2025.

This temporary suspension has been implemented due to current market conditions and pricing differentials between domestic and international silver markets.For more details, please refer to the official notice.
