Resumption of Subscriptions – ICICI Prudential Smallcap Fund

Dear Investors,

We wish to inform you that as per the notice issued by ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund dated January 21, 2026, subscriptions in ICICI Prudential Smallcap Fund will be resumed with effect from January 23, 2026.

Accordingly, all earlier PAN-level investment restrictions stand withdrawn and the AMC will accept transactions through all modes, including:

Fresh and additional lump sum purchases
Switch-ins
Fresh SIP and STP registrations

All other terms and conditions of the Scheme remain unchanged.For more details, please refer to the official notice.
