We wish to inform you that as per the notice issued by Axis Mutual Fund dated 02 February 2026, the name of the following scheme will be revised with effect from 06 February 2026:

Axis US Specific Equity Passive FOF → Axis NASDAQ 100 US Specific Equity Passive FOF

All other features of the scheme remain unchanged.
