Axis Mutual Fund Trustee Limited, Trustee to Axis Mutual Fund (“the Fund”) has decided to modify the category of Axis Multicap Fund from ‘Multicap Fund’ to ‘Flexi cap Fund’ in line with the SEBI circular with effect from January 30, 2021.
If customers have no objection to the proposed change, no action needs to be taken and it would be deemed that customers have consented to the above change. If customers disagree with the proposed change, they may redeem or switch the units to other open-ended schemes of the Fund, without exit load, from December 31 2020 to January 29, 2021.
The following changes will be carried out in the Scheme:
