Declaration of dividend under Deutsche MF fixed Term Fund Series - 81

Deutsche Mutual Fund has announced the declaration of dividend on the face value of Rs 10 per unit under dividend payout option of DWS Fixed Term Fund - Series - 81. The record date for dividend has been fixed as February 7, 2012.
The quantum of dividend will be entire distributable surplus as on the record date. The scheme recorded NAV of Rs 10.5066 per unit as on January 31, 2012.
Further, February 7, 2012 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligible unit holders of the scheme who would be entitled to the maturity / redemption proceeds on the maturity date of the scheme. The trading of these units which are listed on the NSE will be automatically suspended with effect from February 3, 2012.
DWS Fixed Term Fund Series - 81 is a close ended debt fund with an objective to generate regular income by investing in debt and money market instruments maturing on or before the date of the maturity of the scheme.
