DSP BlackRock MF declares dividend under FMP-12M-Series 12

DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has declared dividend under dividend payout option of DSP BlackRock FMP-12M-Series 12, a close ended income scheme on the face value of Rs 10 per unit.
The quantum of dividend will be up to 100% of distributable surplus as on the record date. The record date for the dividend payout has been fixed as January 30, 2012. The scheme recorded NAV of Rs 10.3264 per unit as on January 24, 2012. Also the scheme will mature on January 30, 2012.
The primary investment objective of the schemes is to seek capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market securities. It is envisaged that the scheme will invest only in such securities which mature on or before the date of maturity of the schemes. The schemes may also use fixed income derivatives for hedging and portfolio balancing.
