Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund files offer overnight fund

Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended debt scheme named 'Aditya Birla Sun Life Overnight Fund'. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry load and Exit Load will be nil. The scheme offers growth and dividend options and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.
The performance of the schemes will be benchmarked by CRISIL CBLO Index. The minimum application amount for initial purchase is Rs 1,000 & Re 1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate reasonable income through investments in debt securities, money market instruments & CBLO having maturity of 1 day.
