ICICI Mutual Fund files offer Prudential Retirement Fund

ICICI Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended retirement solution oriented scheme named 'ICICI Prudential Retirement Fund'. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry load and Exit Load will be nill for the scheme. The scheme offers growth and dividend options and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.
The performance for Pure Equity Plan will be benchmarked by Nifty 500 Index, for Hybrid Aggressive Plan will be benchmarked by CRISIL Hybrid 50+50 - Moderate Index, for Hybrid Conservative Plan will be benchmarked by Nifty 50 Hybrid Composite Debt 15:85 Index, and for Pure Debt Plan will be benchmarked by Nifty Composite Debt Index. The minimum application amount for initial purchase is Rs 5,000 & Re 1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to provide capital appreciation and income to the investors which will help to achieve retirement goals by investing in a mix of securities comprising of equity, equity related instruments, fixed income securities and other securities.
