This open-ended fund-of-fund NFO from the DSP BR house will invest in a parent international fund, BlackRock Global Funds \u2013 Global Allocation fund (BGF-GAF).<\/p>\n<p><strong>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundsindia.com\/content\/jsp\/admin\/gSpcSchmLst.do?prcsMd=nfo&amp;show=more\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new fund offer<\/a> will close the initial offer on August 14 and be once again available for investments after the NFO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The fund<\/strong><br \/>\nThe parent fund will invest in global equities and debt across markets spanning US, Europe, Japan and other regions. The parent fund seeks to generate competitive returns with risks lower than a traditional <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundsindia.com\/content\/jsp\/bseequity\/equityMarket.do?pagename=HOME\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">equity<\/a> portfolio. The parent fund has a long track record, having been launched in 1997.<\/p>\n<div class=\"blog-highlight\" style=\"clear: both; background: #2baae2; border: none; width: 60%; text-align: center; box-shadow: 0 5px 5px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.5);\"><a style=\"text-decoration: none;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fundsindia.com\/content\/jsp\/lp\/rmgp.do?ref=blog-button\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <span style=\"color: #fff; font-weight: bold;\">Buy<\/span> <span style=\"color: #fff; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;\"> 24 Karat Gold Online <\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p>For this purpose, it will take a call between asset classes \u2013 equity and debt depending on valuations of markets across regions as well as the risks involved. Again, within equities, it will go underweight or overweight on regions, depending on potential to generate returns with reasonable risk.
